Our Production
Set up in 1993, our company, Zhejiang Nature Travel Goods, covers an area of 500,000 square meters with a floorage of 28,000 square meters. We have advanced equipment such as a rubber cotton calendaring line, foam production line, foam intensive cutting line, high frequency production lines of 150KVA, 100KVA, 50KVA, 35KVA, 15KVA, 8KVA, 4KVA, 2.5KVA and 2KVA, various automatic inflation-mat fabric production lines and sewing machines of different specifications and models.
Our Products Range
The company has around 600 employees, mainly involved in the production of our rubber cotton inflation mat series, PVC, PVC cotton, PVC flock, PVC nylon, PVC polyester inflation series, PU, TPU inflation series, PVC self-inflation series, PVC sticking self-inflation and PU high-grade thermal-melt self-inflation series. It is the only specialized enterprise in the country which can produce inflation mats of all the materials and types which are available in the international market.
